‍‍1. Acceptance of Terms
‍By accessing or using AutoCreate Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

‍2. Description of Service
‍AutoCreate Studio provides software tools and services designed to help users create, automate, and manage content and creative assets. Features and functionality may change over time at our discretion.

3. Eligibility
‍You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using AutoCreate Studio, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

‍4. Accounts & RegistrationTo access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:• Provide accurate and complete information during registration• Keep your login credentials confidential• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

‍5. Free Trial
‍We offer a 7-day free trial with no charge. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

‍6. Subscriptions & Payments
‍Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

‍7. Refunds & Cancellations
‍You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days at info@autocreate. studio.

‍8. Acceptable Use
‍You agree not to use the Service to:• Violate any applicable law or regulation• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure• Misrepresent your identity or affiliationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

‍9. Intellectual Property
‍All content, features, and technology on the Service — including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks — are the property of AutoCreate Studio and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, but grant us a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

‍10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

‍11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoCreate Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

‍12. Termination
‍We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

13. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

‍14. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
